TAKE NOTICE THAT a representative of Egg Harbor Township Police Department will expose for public auction in accordance with NJSA 39:10A-1, and other applicable statutes on next date to be announced at the following location, the below described vehicles:
EGG HARBOR TWP., PUBLIC WORKS LOT
Said vehicles came into possession of the Egg Harbor Township Police Department through abandonment or failure to claim same.
The sale is to be on each individual vehicle, which will be sold “AS IS,” with NO warranties or guarantees, and must be removed by the successful bidder(s) within forty-eight (48) hours of the sale.
Payment must be made in full at the time of the sale.
Vehicles may be inspected at the aforementioned location, to be announced between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., also, one (1) hour prior to sale time indicated above.
The Egg Harbor Township Police Department reserves the right to adjourn this sale without prior notice, and may reschedule no later than seven (7) days thereafter.
Any vehicle not sold shall be disposed of as directed by the Egg Harbor Township Committee.
